Heart and Play Therapy
I cannot speak highly enough of Vanessa. I've been an art therapy client with her for the past 3 years to work through so many different issues - academic anxiety and procrastination, healthy boundary setting, empowerment, self-care, and identity.Vanessa works empathetically, authentically and reflexively, catering her therapeutic work to what I'm struggling with or what my goals are. Vanessa also offers Zoom sessions (which suits better with my schedule and needs).I highly recommend Vanessa and her Art Therapy!!
