This was the most valuable weekend I can ever remember - giving me a real insight into what drives me, and how to connect with my emotions in a healthy way. Joe is a truly gifted facilitator, and his guidance and deep connection with all of us made it a truly memorable experience.

A great counsellor who is pragmatic, down to earth and a no nonsence facilitator. In my 31 years leading workshops and facilitating groups I have come across two or three men and women who stand head and shoulders above the crowd of personal development practitioners. For me Joe's workshop was life changing! I was so lucky to stumble across Joe, whilst searching for a couples workshop/retreat. I ended up attending one of his weekend workshops on my own and was blown away by the things I learnt about myself and how I manage my emotions and deal with life. Attending the new leaf Work shop was an absolute life changer for me. Joe has such a gentle approach to releasing past trauma and Taught me how to connect with my emotions which was something I always avoided. For me, Joe's workshops have been extremely rewarding on many levels. Joe's character is remarkably and refreshingly unique; warm, engaging, caring, trustworthy, funny, and full of wisdom, you can sense he's a man of integrity. He's able to tune in to a person's inner world and help them grow toward more satisfying, fulfilled, and purposeful relationships/experiences in life.There's relationship with others, but also with one's self. Both are intimately connected in ways we may not be aware of as our stories unfold over time with all the emotional wounding, traumas, and conditioning commonly experienced in today's world. Not being aware of these emotional patterns can lead to all sorts of difficulties in life, and Joe skilfully helps the person and group become aware.With a very mindful approach, Joe creates a space of safety and heart-centred support, allowing people in the group to go to wherever they need to go toward improving their lives. Personally, he inspires and motivates me to be the best me I can be, I think we all need people like that in our lives.
